About the opportunity
Neura Solutions is building a working relationship with an experienced UI/UX & Product Designer for upcoming client and internal projects.
This opportunity is for a project-based designer pool. Selected candidates may be contacted when a suitable project becomes available based on project requirements, availability, portfolio fit and agreed commercial terms.
Potential responsibilities
- Design SaaS product, ERP, CRM, admin panel and operational dashboard interfaces.
- Create user flows, wireframes, responsive screen designs and interactive prototypes.
- Translate business requirements into clear product experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Contribute to design systems and reusable interface patterns.
- Improve existing product UX where workflows, navigation or information hierarchy need refinement.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of practical UI/UX or Product Design experience.
- Strong Figma skills.
- Strong understanding of UX principles.
- Information architecture knowledge.
- User flow and interaction design experience.
- Responsive web application design experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into usable interfaces.
- Strong portfolio.
- Good communication and independent working ability.
Preferred experience
- Experience designing SaaS, ERP, CRM, dashboards, admin panels or other complex business applications.
Compensation model
Project-based. Commercial terms will be agreed separately for each project based on scope, complexity, expected effort and delivery requirements.
